The second edition of the MPA-B is going into its final week. As a platform dedicated to interconnecting Performance Art in Berlin, we are also testing new formats for an economy of performance art. One experiment is the building of an international art award devoted to performance.

The nomination process for the [MPA-B ϟ PERFORMANCEKUNST-PREIS] THE DUVEL AWARD 2012 is an open procedure centred on a 500 character/keystrokes (approximately 8 sentences) text. All proper nominations will be presented to the public on May 31st starting from 19:00 at the  Denkerei in Kreuzberg and will be open for debate, dialogue and discussion in order to determine the winning nomination.
